A Better World for All??


The Basic teaching of most religions are the same. Let us consider these as our personal principles which god has given us to practice and make this world a better place to live in.

Think about it: If all follows these principles. Everything would have been so beautiful for all..
 
10 Disciplines In Hinduism

1. Satya (Truth)
2. Ahimsa (Non-violence)
3. Brahmacharya (Celibacy, non-adultery)
4. Asteya (No desire to possess or steal)
5. Aparighara (Non-corrupt)
6. Shaucha (Cleanliness)
7. Santosh (Contentment)
8. Swadhyaya (Reading of scriptures)
9. Tapas (Austerity, perseverance, penance)
10. Ishwarpranidhan (Regular prayers)

Christian Ten commandments  

  1. I am the Lord your God. You shall have no other gods before me.
  2. Do not take the name of the Lord in vain
  3. Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy
  4. Honor your father and mother
  5. You shall not kill/murder
  6. You shall not commit adultery
  7. You shall not steal
  8. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
  9. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife
  10. You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbor

Islamic principles

  1. Worship only God:

The Five Precepts in Buddhism

4. Abstinence from theft
5. Abstinence from intoxicants
